Basic Jewellery Making

Learn how to make beaded earrings, bracelets and necklaces choosing beads from the large selection I have amassed over the last twenty five years or so.

I will introduce you to simple bead jewellery design principles and teach you some basic techniques used in bead jewellery making, including crimping beads onto wire, attaching headpins to ear hooks and clasps to necklaces and bracelets.

These workshops run regularly in a hall local to me in Gnosall. approx 2.5 hours @ £35 per person –
Suitable for 7 years plus.

Introduction to needle felting
workshops

All materials and equipment will be provided
to make a Teddy Bear, Rabbit key fob / bag charm or a dog sculpture.

Learn how to make an armature and apply long wool/fur.

Workshops take place in Easingwold, North Yorkshire.

Mosaic Workshops

Ever wanted to have a go at creating your own mosaic but didn’t know where to start?
At a China Petals mosaic workshop I can show you how to nip and shape old china plates and tiles to create a lovely mosaic.  All materials are provided including the use of my China Petals tools, templates, china plates, mosaic tiles and embellishments.  You are very welcome to bring your own china and embellishments to make your creation more personal to you

FelinFach Workshops and
Craft Courses

The workshops have one Tutor and a maximum number of six students. We guarantee to hold each workshop irrespective of the number of students unless there is some unavoidable reason to cancel. 

All equipment and materials you need are provided. This includes all the yarn or cellulose fibres you need to learn natural dyeing, gloves and an apron and, of course, the professional natural dye extracts.

Lynne has a teaching qualification and has built up plenty of experience in front of a crowd. She enjoys a good rapport with her audience.

Lynne can be booked for demonstrations and workshops, (with plenty of notice) She is also able to offer small private workshops, private tuition and children’s art lessons in her own Hampshire studio.

I  love to be able to share my passion for making jewellery using silver clay with others. I have a Level One, Art Clay Diploma qualification in Silver Clay, a world-wide, recognised qualification, administered by the official distributors of Art Clay in Europe.

Cosmeti-Craft Workshops
and Parties

Our Cosmeti-Craft Workshops are a great way of learning a new skill and having some fun making your own natural cosmetics. Throughout our packages, you can learn to make soap, bath bombs, body butter, scrub, solid shampoo, moisturiser, solid perfume, solid eco friendly deodorant, shower fizzers, dog shampoo bars, play dough soap and lip balm. Children from age 5 upwards can have fun learning about colours and smells while adults experience a more detailed tutorial on the uses and effects of cosmetic ingredients.
